Patty Garrett
Director of Operations
Patty has been in the private duty field almost 20 years, first owning her own care company for 10 years, then using her passion for helping families navigate the many challenges of a loved one's crisis through various other enterprises. Patty opened RNS of KC in October of 2020 and brought that same passion to the community of the greater KC area. Patty's favorite thing to do is loving on her dog and spending time with her family, especially her grandson.
Maggie Thibault
Post-op Team Scheduler
Maggie has nearly a decade of experience in healthcare, with a background in administration, operations, and private duty care. She’s passionate about supporting clients through safe, compassionate recovery. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, dog, and friends, and volunteering with organizations supporting the unhoused and domestic violence victims.
